Usred velikog vala izbjeglica koji pristiže u našu zemlju, a dio i na područje naše Biskupije, Caritas Sisačke biskupije pokrenuo je u četvrtak 17. rujna akciju prikupljanja pomoći kojom će se ublažiti neizvjesnost, strepnja i oskudica ljudi koji su napustiti svoje domove.
Tom prigodom poziv za pomoć izbjeglicama, svim vjernicima i svećenicima Biskupije uputili su i sisački biskup Vlado Košić i ravnateljica Caritasa Kristina Radić.
Sljedećih dana prikupljat će se kašice za bebe, pelene, vlažne maramice, mlijeko za dohranu, kozmetika za bebe i djecu, hrana koja može duže stajati – konzervirano (paštete, razni namazi, mesni doručak, i dr.), flaširano, suhomesnato s dugim rokom trajanja, hrana za šećerne bolesnike i voda. Hrana koja se može odmah konzumirati bez termičke obrade. Higijenske potrepštine, gel za suho pranje ruku, vlažne maramice, prva pomoć, asepsol, toalet papir itd.
Građani pomoć mogu predati svaki dan u sjedištu Caritasa Sisačke biskupije na adresi Trg Vere Grozaj bb, Sisak ili u svoje župne Caritase.
U akciju je moguće uključiti se i uplatom na žiro-račun Caritasa Biskupije HR9324070001500314548 s pozivom na broj HR00 092054 i naznakom „Pomoć za izbjeglice“.
